PRODUCT LINES

Three lines, one platform

CARPORTbusiness covers the entire e-mobility spectrum — from the first generation of solar carports through the next-generation modular system to a hub for heavy transport with megawatt charging. Same core, same control system, same SLA — just different scale to match your project.

Which line is right for you?

Each line targets a different scenario and scale. They share the same technology platform, modular BMS, OCPP backend, and 24/7 dispatch.

CARPORTbusiness 2.0

Next-generation modular energy device — a supercharger that doesn’t need a strong grid.

The new generation of CARPORTbusiness systems solves the fundamental problem of fast charging in the Czech Republic — weak grid connections. DC charging energy is supplied primarily by battery storage charged from PV and the grid during low-price spot-market hours. The station can thus deliver 1 MW even in locations where strengthening the substation would otherwise take 18 months and cost tens of millions.

CARPORTbusiness HUB

For electric heavy transport, buses, and terminal tractors — Megawatt Charging System.

Electrification of heavy transport is one of the biggest challenges for European energy over the coming decade. CARPORTbusiness HUB is the answer — a carport with increased clearance, MCS ports (Megawatt Charging System per IEC 63379), and large-capacity battery storage for charging trucks, long-distance buses, and terminal tractors directly at the depot or at strategic points on the TEN-T core network.

Logistics centres

Target scenario: logistics centres, motorway stops for truck transport, bus depots, distribution warehouses, terminals. AFIR requires member states to cover the TEN-T core network with MCS ports by 2030 — HUB is the platform to meet this obligation as well as private depot operations for transport companies.

Same platform, different scale

All lines share the same technology platform and control system — they differ only in power parameters and target deployment scenario.

Equipment and user interface

The station is fully equipped for comfortable operation, marketing, and management of the charging process — no compromises. All components are part of the delivery and integrated through a single control system.

Payment terminals
Ingenico self 5000
Certified payment terminals Ingenico self 5000 — contact and contactless cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, invoicing mode. PCI-DSS compliant, integrated with the OCPP backend.
Control app
QR-code launch
The customer scans a QR code on the station — the app launches in the browser without installation. The app is customised to the client’s brand on request — own logo, colours, domain.
Live app examples
HMI touch panels
4,3″ – 15,1″
HMI touch control panels from 4.3 inches up to 15.1 inches — choose based on deployment scenario (simple private station vs. large public hub with full interaction).
Advertising LED panels
Up to 65 inches
Large-format advertising LED panels 65″ for promotion, traffic information, or operator branding — dynamic CMS-driven content, scheduled programming.
Cable management
Tidy by design
Thoughtful charging-cable storage system — no cables lying around, neatly stored in the station. Longer cable lifespan, cleaner aesthetics, no trip-and-step hazards.
Monitoring & service
24/7 monitoring
Remote diagnostics, automatic notifications, integration with the CSMS backend. Service callout within 48 h, OTA firmware updates, self-diagnostics of all components.

Five battery-storage operating modes

The central PLC controller selects the optimal mode in real time according to battery state, PV production, spot prices, and charging demand. The device switches between modes automatically without operator intervention.

01
PV accumulation
Surplus from solar panels is stored without export to the grid.
02
Spot-market charging
Purchase from the grid during hours with the lowest spot prices.
03
Discharging to chargers
DC fast charging draws energy directly from batteries — no load on the grid connection.
04
Peak-shaving
Reducing the quarter-hour maximum — grid offtake stays flat.
05
Backup / UPS
Backup source during grid outages for chargers and adjacent buildings.

AFIR and national legislation

Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (EU 2023/1804) — key deadlines for public stations in the EU. CARPORTbusiness 2.0 already meets every milestone in its standard equipment, with no costly upgrades needed in the future.

2024 — AFIR ENTERS INTO FORCE
Regulation (EU) 2023/1804 takes effect
Effective in all EU member states. Introduces obligations for newly installed public e-mobility stations.
8 Jan 2026 — ISO 15118-2 MANDATORY
Plug & Charge via PKI certificates
All newly installed or upgraded public AC and DC stations must meet EN ISO 15118-2:2016 — certificate-based authentication without RFID/app.
1 Jan 2027 — ISO 15118-20 MANDATORY
Bidirectional V2G-ready as standard
All new public stations — AC and DC — must meet EN ISO 15118-20:2022 (V2G-ready). Second generation of the communication protocol with wireless charging and ACD.
1 Jan 2027 — PRIVATE STATIONS
Extension to non-public installations
Mode 2 → EN IEC 61851-1:2019, Mode 3 and Mode 4 → EN ISO 15118-20:2022. The rules extend to corporate and residential stations as well.
